today was pretty boring till night time. went to the gym @ hyatt with mother in the morning. came back home and watched THE HILLS BOXSET :) yes, i have 5 seasons of the hills! WOOHOOO!:) thanks to my dearest cousin, karen from shanghai! but its superr clear! so that's good. had lunch, then went to united square for a mani.

then, met up with the milano cell group at ding tai fung @ wisma,

then at the end of the dinner, they tried to surprise me with the cake but the stupid/blur waitress just plonked the whole cake with the box onto the table. HAHA. they were suppossed to light the candles and bring it to the table. so alfred said it was his friend's cake, and we were gonna eat it.....then they lit the candles up... and started singing happy birthday....... then yao qi brought the cake over to me...then that's where i realised it was for me. HAHAH. so funnnny. but still, it was the thought that counts :) THANKS SO MUCH GUYS.



went to orchard central. and took the super steep/high escalators. alfred was so scared...HAHA. it was pretty  freaky.

thank god for wireless at selina's. we have 200 sticks of satays for dinner... hahaha.

on my birthday:

got a surprise gift from mum :) home made butter cake and a new camera. its ryan's fault.. he broke my old one.

another pleasant surprise.. saw trixie! :) she's sooo big now! still so lovable. and she recognised us! :) yaye.

went for jap lunch with the fam at liang court.

did hair at olsen's. makeup was tragic. so re-did it when i got back home.

arrived at hyatt. checked in into the room.

people started coming.

then, clubbing at zirca/rebel.
plentiful juicy stories. heehee.

and overall, it was awesome!

checked into CAPELLA. in sentosa. OMG. CAPELLA IS THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL. 6 stars! so beautiful. thanks aunty mas for booking the room for us!:) it was lovely.

got ready for aunty's mas's 50th bday :)
the dinner was really good. and there was a band palying for us all night long :) awww. selina performed! her voice is AMAZING. and she played the guitar and piano too! she should be in singapore idol.



then, headed to ZOUKOUT with selina,tristen and marcus. so MANY PEOPLE THERE!!! BUT BUT BUT, the aussies didn't want to get tickets :( so we justed chilled at the bar next to the beach. :( so sad. walked all the way back to the hotel and the journey was pretty interesting. haha. the guys wanted to take a swim at 2am! selina went, i was too tired. so went back to the room to sleep.

yesterday:
skipped brekkie. too tired to get out.
checked out of capella.
went home to chill with the gang.
watched the pirated version of 2012, gave up after 30 mins.
then selina and i went to orchard to shop.
and boy did we SHOP!!!!

F21 was freaking amazing: 4 STOREYS HIGH. and it wa soo cheap. selina and i went MAD. BOUGHT 2 PRETTY DRESSES!!!! so happy with them. but i'm afraid many people will buy them :(

oh! and we had COLDROCK :) YAYE!

THIS PLACE IS FREAKING AMAZING. I LOVE THIS THIS PLACE. all the stores and little shops are there. clothes were so nice and cheappp. bought a total of 7 pairs of shoes(boots/flats/heels) and like.. 15 + tops, lots of leggings/tights. loads of necklaces/earrings/rings.

went mad at the f21 SHOP. 4 STOREYS HIGH. WENT BACK ANOTHER DAY FOR ROUND 2. HAHAHA. 1 DAY WAS NOT ENOUGH. shopping is so amazing in seoul. i cannot stress that enough.

it was a fun filled day.went to church, then did mani and pedi. then did hair at olsen's. then mum told me we were having a dinner at the top of fullerton to see the view. then low and behold, the whole chuang fam was there when i entered! haha. it so nice. the view from the top was really nice. and i missed my whole fam! esp. the hews. catching up woth my uncles and aunties :)

after that, we went to cricket club for somemore food! hahah. its never enough.

in korea now! just landed yesterday! so gald there's internet here. can update :) heehee. will update on korea tomorrow or something. landed in singapore yesterday, had 2 big surprises at the airport 2 days in a row. so blessed by the lord. arrived in singapore and went straight to ion! ion is sooo complicated! so wonder not alot of people go and shop there. but i'll definately go for the shops there. uniqlo :) and river island! and sephora!! had out hair washed then headed by to home for home cooked dinner! tasted soo good. mum got me a bunch of stuff. some of them are up there, prada makeup bag, 2 guess watches :) thanks mum! you've got good taste! hahah. you inspire me mum :D

bought 150 bucks worth of new clothes. feeling pretty guilty now, but its too good to resist such a deal! 15% off in sportsgirl, all merchandise! so yeah, no more shopping till singapore.. no wait, till korea! haha. can't wait to the 7 storey mall dedicated to solely accessories. i'll go mad in there. but yeah, i cannot wait to get back! see my peeps and fam!

PANCAKES & SHOPPING with CINDY :)

went to pancake parlour on wednesday. love the pancakes there. it has been quite a while since i went there. pretty awesome stuff they got there. then, roamed around the city and our best buys were from sportsgirl. who can beat getting a scarf for 5 bucks??!!!! and its a pretty pattern. so got those and accessories were like..... 10 bucks. i love the sales here. oh and cindy got her AMAZING GODDESS LIKE MAXI DRESS FROM BARDOT :) so happy for her. its similar to the one serena wore in gossip girl. pretty much.

at the balieu now! streaming all the videos that i've missed the past couple of days. have not really been studying much after the macroecons paper.. haha. but going to pack all my marketing theories into my head this weekend. glad marcoecons is over :) that was the hurdle. the rest are just memory work. haha. stacey's leaving today :( :( :( i'll be all alone at home for the next 12 days. but all's well, i have merrie :) i'll be her refugee for the next week. love watching her movies on her hard drive. good times, good times.

anyway, back to my mundane life of books & balieu. have been going to the balieu practically everyday. but tomorrow we're gonna go to the state library instead. for a change... people need change :) esp. when we have to think and crack open our brains to think about how the economy of the world works, all in a week. but it has pretty alright with my besties by my side:) heehee.

just caught antm and gossip girl. thank god for these shows. at least there's something to look forward to through this gloomy, (PIMPLY AND ULCERY) period.

but it's less than 3 weeks :) can't complain.

 

celebrated ann's bday with a lovely dinner at chocolate buddha. what a weird name huh. but it was really good. good food and service :) we finally got together as a house after what seemed like forever. too bad krystal couldn't make it :( she ditched us for her hot date. hahah. never mind, we forgive you babe. anyway, food was great. it was a jap restaurant. so it was pretty awesome. had a yakitori don with ann. rest had sushi,ramen and teriyaki don. good stuff. then the cake came :) we were al surprised. cause we didn't know grace had asked for it from the waitress. good thing ann didn't realize anything fishy. we had our all time fave cake: MANGO CAKE FROM CROWN BAKERY :) we always have it for all our house 3 bdays. it still tastes as good.
